Mike has over 25 years of experience in RV and marine maintenance, service, and repair. View Mike’s qualifications and experience.

At age 12 Mike worked at his family-owned marine repair service shop in Florence, Oregon. That was when he discovered his passion for boating and hoped to eventually run his own business in the industry he loved, just like his father.

With a strong belief in integrity and providing exceptional customer service, Mike aims to create long-term relationships with all of his customers. He not only excels at identifying and resolving complex issues, but he also enjoys sharing his knowledge. 

Shelly oversees the day-to-day operations ensuring that every aspect of our business runs as smoothly as possible. She handles a variety of tasks, including processing warranty and insurance claims, managing the billing and bookkeeping, and guiding marketing efforts. 

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and Shelly goes above and beyond to make sure they feel valued and receive the best experience possible. Her role ensures that Scanlan RV Marine remains a trusted name in the industry.

Jim joined Scanlan RV Marine in October 2024 and has been a key part of our team ever since.

Whether he’s servicing boats or keeping things clean and organized, Jim’s dedication and attention to detail shine through. Known for his quick wit and sense of humor he’s always ready with a joke to brighten your day.
